OUR CLUB'S MISSION STATEMENT

"RMSC is a community based club which has been successfully run by volunteers for over 50 years. It has a family feel driven by the inclusivity of all, including parents and swimmers.  Our vision and aim is to help local children learn to swim in a safe and friendly environment and for those whose ambition is to compete, to coach them and nurture their ambitions, to the highest level they could achieve and should they dream of swimming for Great Britain".  

All swimmers are encouraged and supported to attain their own potential at a rate which the swimmer, their parents and Coaches all feel is appropriate for that individual swimmer.  All swimmers are encouraged to support the club and many are poolside helpers volunteering to teach the new generation of swimmers.

We are a non-for-profit organisation and rely on the good will of our Volunteers to teach the younger generations of our local Community. our Committee is run by a group of parents of those Swimmers at our Club and we are all 100% invested in putting in the time and effort needed to run the Club aligned with Swim England's policies.
