More About Mini-Marinas At Romiley Marina

After Learning To Swim, sometimes swimming stops, but not with Romiley Marina!

Using the full length of the pool, training becomes more focused on swimming 25m and 50m while retaining the correct techniques. This really helps build the swimming stamina and fitness ready for  full club sessions.

Our Coaches and Teachers decided that there was too big a gap between Learn To Swim and the Competitive Squad, and so we created Mini-Marinas to help our younger swimmers have that special attention designed to help them transition successfully to the next stage.

In time, you may want move up to the full Competitive Squad if you like racing.

If you are new to RMSC and have just completed your lessons at a different Club, this might be the best stage to continue your swimming journey.
